RULE AMENDMENTS
The Board
has promulgated amendments to its rules.
The final amended rules to Louisiana
Administrative Codes 46.XCI. 105, 301, 311 and 901 were published in the Louisiana Register on February 20, 2010. These amendments include
changes to: General Provisions- Exemptions; Licensing, Renewal and Reinstatement
Requirements; Record Keeping; & Enforcement Action. The
amended rules are now online.
The Board is currently
promulgating amendments to its rules.
A Notice of Intent was published in the Louisiana
Register on February 20, 2010 for changes to rules in
Louisiana Administrative Codes 46:XCI.303 - Required
Information. The
Board is also proposing changes to LAC 46:XCI.105 -
General Provisions-Exemptions; a Notice of Intent is
anticipated to be published in the Louisiana Register in
May 2010 for these amendments.
